It's the kind of home where friends pop in for a coffee and neighbours chat. Relaxed and friendly with a family feel, including a couple of dogs!
Rooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside units. 1 room has shower room just beside. Other has main bathroom opposite.
Spacious open plan communal areas with kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Outside there is ample off street parking and a large patio and 'sun trap' garden.
Gas central heating, wifi unlimited broadband. Monthly bills approx £120 but included. If prices continue to rise, there will be an increase to tenants.
Belfast side of Newtownards, but commute will depend on the time of travel. Public transport is available from town centre but it is 20 min walk to bus station/nearest stop.
