We are looking for a clean, tidy and quiet person to add to our already tenanted house. Everyone is respectful of other sleeping patterns and working patterns. There are no parties or loud music. This is a non smoking house.

The shared spaces include a garden area and a shared kitchen with allocated cupboard space. We ask everyone to clean up after themselves but to make sure the house is maintained, we have a cleaner that does the communal areas on a 2 weekly basis.

Parking is on the street for free on a first come first served basis.

Full fibre Internet and all bills included except for a TV licence. Which would be up to you to provide if needed.

We are a family run company with a large portfolio of rooms around ashford of all shapes and sizes. If this particular room doesn’t suit, still message me and I can tell you what else is available
