This really is an unusual house and it's in a brilliant position. Only four minutes from Leeds City centre on a busy bus route and we also have secure private parking. The inside is modern with a large kitchen/diner, wood floors and big living room . We have central heating throughout, 2 full bathrooms + extra WC, utility room, dishwasher, washer, drier and large sunny garden with patio. We supply a cleaner for communal areas in the house. The rent includes some utility bills ,council tax and wi-fi throughout the house. *A contribution towards Gas and Electric based on usage is an EXTRA bill to pay. The housemates are friendly and sociable. They all work...some at St James Hospital and others in Leeds Centre.
