I am a sociable guy in his early 40's looking for a clean-living lodger for my house located in a quiet road and well placed for access to Addenbrookes, the station and the town centre.
I completely refurbished the house 8 years ago .The kitchen is fully-fitted with a gas hob and modern appliances. The whole house has been re-decorated and new carpets. The bathroom has a stylish modern suite, fitted with thermostatic shower and is cleaned weekly. I work in the fine art trade so the house has an interesting, eclectic style. There is also a private back garden with decked area.

The room is bright, being south-facing with a pleasant view from the large picture window and comes fully furnished with a good single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
There are never more than 3 people living here and I have my own facitlities in my room so you would mostly share a bathroom with only one person.
This is a friendly but tranquil house so ideally I'm seeking a clean-living professional person who is single or happy to see their partner and friends away from the house. I always invite my housemates to social events/parties and I'm happy to include you in the pub quiz team.
