Large Double Room in Marchmont- Long term let only

We are looking for a male / female professional aged 30 + to share our flat in Marchmont. You will be sharing with Sharon and Scott, friends who are both in our early forties.

The room is a large furnished double with a large bay window. The flat has a large kitchen / sitting area, a bathroom, separate shower room and box room. We also have gas central heating, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, a phone line and broadband. The rent is £459.00 per month, which includes council tax. Deposit is £459.00. Bills (gas, electricity, internet, etc.) are separate and vary depending on the season. Our cleaner comes every fortnight, which comes to roughly £20.00 per month each.

It’s a very relaxed flat; we all work 9-5ish, like to chat over cooking, give each other our space, and sometimes make it to the local. We’ve had some terrific flatmates in recent years and are looking for someone who will consider this as home (the outgoing tenant will happily vouch for us!).
