On your doorstep there is a choice of 2 gyms, garthdee shopping centre. Spires golf range is 10 minute drive. Locally some nice places to eat cults hotel, Norwood hall.
All in all a fairly easy going household Not too many house rules, just to respect other housemates regarding noise and leaving shared areas clean and tidy.
