I am looking for someone kind and considerate for a house share who will treat my home like their home.
There is a double room available for three months from April to June. The rent includes all bills: Council tax, unlimited internet, electric and gas etc.
There is currently one other person sharing the house and I am away most of the time. The house will be occupied by only two people most of the time. I love to bake and decorate cakes as well as going for the odd hikes in the mountains.
The house is located in a quiet Cul de sac which is close to Cardiff University, bus routes, eateries and shops. A bus ride to the city centre takes 8 minutes approx.
