Preferably looking for weekday only rent but full week is negotiable.
Its a good sized double bedroom in a flat with two double rooms and a study within a minutes walk of Leamington town about 5 min walk to the railway station. Its close to everything but it is a quiet road tucked away from the town centre bustle. Ideal for a contractor.
There is only one housemate, the owner, myself. I'm a 38 year old student teacher.

Parking is not an issue and if you commute to Coventry or North it is ideally located to get you out of Leamington town quickly.

There is good wireless broadband, a modern kitchen and through living room.

The lodgers room is a comfortable, good sized double and comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair, side table and chest of drawers.

As a bonus I will wash and change your bed linen and clean the room on weekends if you would like.
