Very large double bedroom in a bright and well-proportioned second-floor modern build. Sharing with one flatmate only!

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in my lovely Archway flat. I am a live-in landlord but I hope you will feel as at home in the flat as I do! I am a 36-year-old professional and am sociable but also respectful of privacy.

The flat is conveniently located a 2 minute walk away from Archway underground station (Northern Line, Zone 2) and also 2 minutes from Upper Holloway over-ground station. The area is also well served by various buses and night buses. There are many great restaurants, gastropubs, cafes and shops on the doorstep and many beautiful open spaces such as Hampstead Heath and Highgate Wood within walking distance.

The room is fully furnished to a high standard and includes a very comfortable double bed; a desk and office chair; matching mirrored wardrobe and bedside table; a sofa; a bookcase; and well-lined floor-length, curtains.

Please note that there is no sitting-room.

I feel incredibly safe in the flat and the surrounding local area. The building is very secure and accessed via a gated private courtyard. Both the gate and the building have separate entry phones. There is off street bicycle parking behind the gate which is not visible from the street.

Rent is £850 pcm including all bills and the deposit is £850.
