Furnished double room

The room is a large L-shaped room. There is a large glass desk, leather chair, double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and double wardrobe and lots of shelving in the room.

The house has a well equipped kitchen including combination microwave, coffee machine and a range double oven cooker. . Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils provided, making it ideal if this is for first time renting. You will have use of a washer dryer machine and your own fridge/freezer

There is a shared bathroom, living room, dining room and conservatory. Off road parking is available. It is a 2 minute drive to A1, 5 minute drive to A52 and town centre/train station. If you do not have a car, the village is on the bus route for Grantham and Newark; the town centre is a 30-40 minute walk from the house. Local amenitities include Costcutter shop, post office and a pub that serves great food.

Rent is £370 pcm which includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, Sky TV(not pay to view) and broadband/wifi. I will consider a Mon-Fri let.

The room is in a private house. Although I am renting a double room, it will be single occupancy.
