I have a double room available in my rented property.
Its a lovely Victorian house just off Kingswood High St, close to bars, shops, bus stops etc. Easy access to both Central Bristol and Bath. 3 reception rooms and kitchen downstairs, 3 bedrooms and upstairs bathroom. Lovely sunny back garden. Quiet and considerate neighbors. I also have a cat.
I'm looking to share with one other person. Must be friendly clean and tidy.
I have a reliable weekly cleaner and a parking permit if you require one. There is also an extra reception room with the option of having your own lounge. There is also bike storage available.
I take great pride in keeping a nice house and having an enjoyable atmosphere where everyone feels at home, with this in mind it is really important to me that I find the perfect housemate that will fit in well and respect the house.
