City Centre Room available short term

Quiet room in city centre location, close to Piccadily / Oxford Road train stations and St Peter's Square Metrolink. Flexible tenancy with no minimum term (subject to 1 month's notice either way). I might be moving out of town at some point next year so can't commit to anything long term.

Suitable for a quiet non-smoker. The room is simply furnished with a double bed, single wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk. Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.

The shared bathroom has a walk in shower and you'll have almost exclusive access to this, as I tend to shower at the gym. If you like your fitness too, there are several gyms within a few minutes walk of the building, including one that is just across the road.

The rent is fully inclusive of council tax and utility bills, which are estimated based on someone who doesn't work from home except for on odd days.
