Our ideal housemate is a non smoking professional guy over 30. Who is socialable, easy going but respectful of others privacy and space. Ideally you would be going home or away at least a couple of weekends every month.. Get in touch if you would like to come and have a look around the house.
The house has two sitting rooms - both with open fires, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 6 loos! We also have Virgin media wi fi and freeview tv's, an eat in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave fridge freezers X2, Nespresso Machine, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a pantry. Plus our mini Gym with a treadmill and a cross trainer!
There is a cleaning lady twice a week to clean the common parts of the house and to hoover every room. She can be paid separately to do ironing.
There is also a large sunny very private south facing garden as well as off street parking.
We are non smoking professionals looking to find easy going sociable fun housemates. It's not a party house, but we are looking for quiet fun, easy going guy to share with.
The house is walking distance to Malone and Stranmillis Bus Routes and 20 mins walk into town.
