Double Room, Shared House, Ellon

If you are looking for somewhere quiet to rent, this is the place for you.
I am a retired lady with a double room for rent in a semi-detached house in Ellon. The room offers a double bed, two large wardrobes, bedside tables and a TV (for DVD's only I'm afraid). The Wi-Fi is included in the monthly rental. The lounge, bathroom, kitchen etc are for full use/share.
The room enjoyes a lovely view onto fields with trees.

Please note that ,purely from the practical point of view , this would suit better another female.

Ellon is some 14 miles north of Aberdeen and
is on a direct bus route to Aberdeen/Peterhead etc. This popular place itself has a Doctors`surgery, Dentist, Gym, and Tesco and Aldi shops apart from many others .It also enjoys a lot of scenic riverside walks and a golf course .

There is a plenty of free parking outside if required .
