I have a choice of two double bedrooms available in a three bed, new build house in Northfield. The smaller one is £400pcm, the larger would be £450pcm. A Monday- Friday let for a reduced rate would happily be considered. The house is only a few years old and still feels 'new'. The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobes and bedside cabinet. The house has a good sized kitchen, a shared open plan living/dining room with a large TV, garden, bathroom and downstairs toilet too.

The house is about a 20 minute walk to Northfield train station (1.5 miles) which has trains every 10 minutes to New street, Bournville, The University of Birmingham, Five Ways etc. The Queen Elizabeth hospital is less than a 10 minute drive away also. Bournville college and bus routes to the city centre are all within a short walking distance. It's close to the M5 motorway.

There is no minimum or maximum let but a full months notice would be required if you wanted to move out. The rent includes all bills (gas, electric, council tax, water, internet), furniture mentioned and includes bedding if wanted. The house is located in a cul de sac in a quiet residential area with a space to park on the drive.

I'm a 28 year old female and work as a Trainee Educational Psychologist in Worcester. The house also has a lovely little cat too :) I'm looking for someone who is easy going, friendly and happy to clean up after themselves.
