If you hate the morning commute, you are going to love this place. Location, location, location.
This gorgeous large 2nd storey apartment is available in a quiet side street in London Bridge. I'm looking for a Monday to Friday lodger to take the spare room on a short tenancy.
The flat is the most amazing location - minutes from Borough market, Tate Modern, the Shard, Southbank, Flat Iron Square and the Thames. Furthermore, London Bridge tube and Borough tube are under 5 min walk away.
If you work in Bank or St Pauls you can commute with a lovely walk in under 10 minutes. Bond street or Canary wharf are less than 15 minutes on the tube.
The apartment has two living rooms and two bathrooms. You will have the main bathroom pretty much to yourself + any guests. (my room has an ensuite). The flat is cleaned weekly and comes with full strength broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, hot water - all the things you need really.
About me? I'm a professional female entrepreneur. I have been living in London for 10 years and have fallen in love with the area and the flat.
Everything is so close, the restaurants are plenty and there are more pubs here than any other borough!
The place is big enough to find your own quiet space and small enough to be homely. There is also a lovely large kitchen if you fancy cooking.
