Available for short term lets only upto 8 weeks. This is a great opportunity to live in the much sought after area of Brunswick, Hove. The room is set in a beautiful 1850's building, minutes from the bus stop, sea, Brighton's acclaimed cafe culture and a 10 minute walk from the centre of Brighton.
The room is for single occupancy only. It is a comfortable space with ample storage. It is furnished with a four foot six double bed and has a high quality mattress. Crisp cotton sheets and fluffy towels are included, as is a cleaner. This letting includes it's own bathroom (almost exclusive use, some visitors will use the toilet) and a selection of toiletries is provided to start you off.
There is also a desk, oak chair, mirrored pillars, feature chalkboard wall and french antique style fitted wardrobe. The whole flat now benefits from the addition of wooden shutters on all the windows (providing blackout and additional warmth).
The room backs onto a secluded courtyard which you are welcome to use. There is a small friendly dog in residence in this happy and peaceful home.
The room always goes quickly, so it is best to arrange a viewing as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If you are currently abroad and unable to arrange a viewing you are free to ask any questions you may have via email or on the telephone, and it is also possible to sign the contract electronically to secure your booking.
