Lovely spacious home with: NO ADMIN FEES, BILLS INCLUDED, FREE PARKING, double room available, and close to hospitals.

Hi there :) travel times to Southampton central station are 10 mins by car, and 20 minutes by bus or bike.

Upstairs double bedroom (£490), available NOW: Double bed, memory foam mattress, large wardrobe unit, & extra storage space, a desk is also available if needed. Also recently re-carpeted. Bills are included in the price.

The house has a large kitchen with all amenities like washing machine, dish-washer, tumble dryer, massive fridge-freezer, and all the obvious things such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery bla bla bla... The main bathroom has bath/shower, and there is also a separate downstairs toilet.

There is a utility room and a shed available for storing bulky items. We have a large closed off garden patio which is great for BBQs. Free parking is available on all roads nearby.

Looking for clean, tidy, and friendly professionals, minimum term is flexible. House is ideally suited to people working at Southampton General or Princess Anne Hospital and also great access to M27 & M3 for people working further away. Also plenty of bus stops nearby for routes to city and around Southampton.

A bit about me: 30yr old male, working at the General Hosptial, also doing a PhD, I play golf in my spare time, did Parkruns pre-COVID, enjoy a good Netlfix series and love growing fruit and veg in the garden. Love a good board game...or any games really
