There is no living room - so probably more suited to a post-grad whose "party flat" days are behind them. The key attraction is the location which is near perfect. Church St is at the Partick end of Byres Rd. Handy for the subway station, and buses along Dumbarton Rd. There is a Sainsbury's within a couple of hundred yards.

The flat has a new cooker, washing machine, microwave, gas safety cert, electrical safety cert, smoke alarm, heat sensor etc. Note: can't accept couples due to HMO regulations.

Recently upgraded Virgin Broadband is provided free (included in rent).
