I have one double room left available in a large end of terrace house, just off Sharrow lane. All bills, internet (fibre optic), Council Tax etc. are included in the price.

It is close to Ecclesall Road and London road, 15 mins walk from the city centre, 10 mins walk to Waitrose, Aldi and other local amenities.

The house is redecorated with a Modern kitchen with 2x fridges, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher with lots of workspace. Kitchen is fully equipped including glasses, cutlery, etc.
Spacious lounge with Smart TV with Virgin Tv.
The Shared bathroom has a large bath, shower, sink and toilet with ample storage.
Decent size yard to the rear with BBQ and large shed for storage for bikes, etc (including a large freezer if needed).

The double bedroom (£365) is on the first floor, It is Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair & wardrobe. The room is available from 19.08.2019

We are looking for sociable professionals or postgraduate students who enjoys similar interests (sociable, tidy and chilled).

Current housemates are three females in their mid 20s.
