We have a room available from 18th January in our great little flat on North street. We are a mixture of young professionals sharing a 5 bedroom flat (currently 2 male and 3 female tenants). We watch quiz shows, have beers, cook, go on nights out and make each other laugh.

£650 deposit, one month’s rent up front. £493/month with water included. Bills are approximately £70 on top of this. The room available is a large double room. Available unfurnished (may be able to sell desk if needed).
