We are 2 professionals looking for someone to live with us in our spare double room in zone 2.
The room is large. It is aprox 10ft x 10ft or 3m x 3m.
There are a huge fitted wardrobe, desk, divan base with drawers, mattress, bedside table and space for something else.
Tube station is 10 minutes walking which is Holloway Road station (Piccadilly line). Overground is 15 minutes walking.
Many buses run nearby.
There are walking distance markets, pubs, shops, GPs, cinema, colleges and newsagent.
The area is secure. The access to the block is only allowed with a fob key.
We will share kitchen, bath and toilet.
We are not an agency.
Deposit: £500. Minimum stay 1 month.
Notice prior to leave the room: 3 weeks.
