Room Available - Penthouse- Central Manchester-

I am a Londoner living in Manchester. I studied Spanish and Chinese at Uni of Manchester. I have lived in Manchester several years.

I have a room available in a newly built apartment in the centre of town. It is a 5 minute walk to Arndale and sits just behind the Lowry hotel. The balcony is massive and looks onto the Lowry.
I have fitted a surround sound and 4k TV in the living room, so if you like chilling/ listening to music, all sorted. There is bluetooth built in there also. There is an L sofa in the living room which has a pullout sofa bed. This is also a cool feature when you are chilling as it is a good leg rest. You can see in the picture. I have fitted a brand new kitchen also with breakfast bar.

The spare room is en-suite and has a double bed and high quality sliding wardrobes for anyone who has loads of clothes. The living area is decent, with wooden flooring and sliding doors onto the balcony. The balcony is full furnished so there is essentially an outdoor living room. I have only put a few photos online so far, as you need to see it first hand really! The pictures don't do it justice. That being said, if you like the look of it initially then get in touch. Looking to get someone in from now.

In the week, I am pretty focussed with my routine, but come Friday I do like to go out whether its to drink, workout, sight see, I love to explore. I lived in China and Madrid for a year as part of my studies so I like an
adventure. Hopefully hear from you soon!
