THE HOUSE

This boutique house is on a quiet road in prime Reading/Caversham borders, with the river Thames and Reading Station just footsteps away. We keep the house feeling like a home by only taking 4 tenants maximum, so you will only ever be sharing with three other people and can make yourself at home.

The house is just minutes from local shops, a ten-minute walk to Reading Town Centre, The Oracle riverside shopping complex, and a five-minute walk to Caversham high street with its parks, cafes, boutiques, and Waitrose supermarket.

The lounge is furnished with a leather sofa and cushioned arm chair, 40-inch SMART TV, and an upgraded Virgin entertainment package, including TiVo, Sky On Demand, and hundreds of additional on-demand movies, shows, and sports and entertainment channels.

In the spacious kitchen, you'll find a separate washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry. There is plenty of storage in the large fridge and separate large freezer, lots of cupboard space, and a four-burner SMEG hob and separate oven big enough for all your cooking needs.

No need to worry about buying lots of small items for the kitchen, either, as it comes fully equipped with all the essential utensils, pots, pans and crockery and a toaster, microwave, and kettle.

The house has a large modern bathroom suite with a power-shower over the bath, large basin, and loo. There is also a separate WC on the first floor, so no queuing to get ready in the mornings.

There's a cosy, summer-ready private garden at the back with a lockable garden shed and bistro table and chairs.

*Please note, parking is not currently available in this house as the two resident's parking permits are being used by current tenants.*

We only take full-time working professionals, and work with our tenants to create the perfect lifestyle homes. We're sure you'll want to extend your tenancy after six months, and if you do extend, we don't charge any renewal fees!
