We are a married couple renting a couple of our bedrooms in our lovely modern clean and tidy four bedroom house. We are looking for a professional person.

This bedroom consists of a double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. It also has its own Sony Television with Freeview and the option of a Sky box (at an additional small fee per month if you want it) which allows you to watch, pause & record your own channels. Wifi is available throughout. This is all included in the price of the room.

It also has use of a private bathroom, as we have our own ensuite. The bathroom is brand new and consists of shower over bath, toilet, basin and more storage.

We are live in landlords but we are very laid back and welcoming and want anyone who comes to live with us to feel at home. The only rules we have are to respect the property as if it were your own.

We also have 3 very friendly and well-behaved cats Charlie, Stumpy & Skye (who are not allowed in bedrooms!) and so regretfully we cannot take anyone who has pets.

The house is a lovely bright, modern, terraced 4 bedroom house; with a kitchen, lounge, conservatory/diner, gardens and garage for storage of bikes etc.

The House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking.

Rent is £500 per month and includes all bills.
We ask for a £200 deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay. You will be given a basic room rental agreement on a rolling month by month contract, we simply ask for 30 days notice to leave.
