Double room in Camberwell £646 (inc ALL BILLS)

Hey!

We're looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our flat in Camberwell by 1st June! You'll be living with Emma, Alex and Nicole, ages 27-34. We're a busy bunch, two working full time in the charity sector and politics and third a full time student at Kings! We all have our own groups of friends but also enjoy doing things together too - dinners, local cinema in Peckham and Loughborough Junction, and (very) regular trips to all the great pubs in Camberwell. We have a big dinner table and a balcony so its also great for having people over too.

THE BEDROOM
The room is a bright double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe. The photos don't do it justice but there is plenty of space under the bed and you have a whole extra store cupboard for your own things as well plus we have bike storage and a massive loft! It has a bed and chest of drawers in there owned by another housemate which you can buy off or buy your own!

BILLS
We pay for everything in one go and the total cost of the bills is £646.82 (rent = £500, bills = £146.82). This includes gas, water, electricity, council tax, a fortnightly cleaner, house pot for cleaning stuff/loo roll and internet.

THE HOUSE
The house has been recently refurbished with an enormous living room / kitchen area and huge comfy corner-sofa. There is one full bathroom and an additional toilet. The bathroom has a bath and new power shower, and is fan fitted. We also have our own south-facing balcony which gets the sun all day and which we use a lot in the summer for drinks and growing things! We have a massive hallway downstairs so if you cycle - there is indoor storage for your bike.

We're about a 2 minute walk from Camberwell Church Street and 5mins to Camberwell Green where you can get a bus pretty much anywhere! We love Camberwell - it has some of the best restaurants in South London and just a few minutes from Peckham, East Dulwich, Brixton and Elephant and Castle.

Room is available to move in from June 1st, must be able to commit to signing the contract for 1 year. Potential housemates must be able to provide professional references or a guarantor, and pass a credit check.
