Bedroom is furnished and flat is in a really good location- only 4-5 mins walk to Erdington train station, also walking distance to different bus stops. Approx 10 mins walk to High Street (with plenty of shops, post office etc).
There is also parking space available.
This room is to be let on basis MON to FRI ONLY.
Ideally, I am hoping to rent to the right person for a longer period of time, minimum 6 months.
