Our house is in New England Street and is literally 3 minutes walk to the mainline station. 50m from a large Sainsburys, and coffee shops. The North Laines are ten minutes walk.

A spacious room. double bed with a good mattress,. Furniture includes a double wardrobe, five drawers chest, bedside table.

The double room shares the main bathroom with just one other female.

Every bedroom has access to fibre-optic broadband.

Your Wi-Fi, Council Tax and all utilities are included.

This is a four storey building with two bedrooms on the second floor two bedrooms on the first floor and a large lounge/diner and separate kitchen on the ground floor. The top floor is a shared space with a large roof terrace.

The house is in good condition and clean and has the services of a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

The kitchen is shared but we provide two fridge freezers and all other necessary equipment and utensils.

The house also has a pleasant patio garden and roof terrace.
