Room Available , fully furnished double room in my lovely home in Winterbourne it's a 3 bedroom end terrace . I am looking for a clean, considerate and easy going female professional/mature student who also must likes dogs as I have a eight year old male cavachon who lives with me too .

The property is located in Winterbourne Village, a quaint part of South Gloucester , Lovely walking areas , local duck pond , stables, woods. It's in a lovely area close to all amenities which are literally on your doorstep.

The double room has a double bed (for a single person), cabinet ,drawers , TV point and desk .

The house is off a main road and located in walking distance of bus stops for the city centre, Stoke Gifford etc.
It is in good location for Parkway railway station (2.2 miles). UWE (4.2 miles), Southmead Hospital (5.2 miles). MOD (3.3 miles) and City Centre (6.2 miles)

The house is currently having some building work done will Endeavour to have no disruption to you living there. It’s a clean house with a family bathroom, kitchen , double living room and a court yard garden . There is off street parking
