Existing housemates are all female, 1x Masters student and 2 x working professionals in their 20s. All pretty laid back and clean and tidy so we are looking for another like minded female to join the house.

The house is big and spacious and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large modern kitchen diner recently refurbished with all new mod cons, a living room and a paved garden perfect for a BBQ.

There's plenty of free on street parking outside the house.

The house is a 25 minute walk into town (queen street station) or a 5minute drive.

Rent is 395 pounds per month which includes all bills. There is high speed fibre optic Internet and a BT tv package.

No agency fees or admin fees just a £395 deposit.
