Two double rooms in professional house share!

Hi there!

This is a lovely four bedroom house share, ideal for friendly young professionals! It is owned by my parents and managed by me and my mum.

We have one spacious loft room left (available from 1st July) and 1 very spacious double (available 2nd September).

We’re looking for friendly housemates to join the other two!

The rooms come with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a desk and chair.

The house has a lovely kitchen, spacious lounge and separate dining room. It also benefits from having a separate W/C, bathroom and another shower room! There is bike storage and free on street parking :)

The rent includes: TV license, council tax, water rates, and broadband. Gas and electric is organised by one of the tenants which is roughly £20 per person per month.

There are currently two other girls living here, both young professionals.

There will be one weeks rent as a holding fee, then this will be topped up to one month on move in day as the deposit. Taking the rooms will be subject to a credit check, work & landlord reference :)
