Single Room Available In City Centre

Single room available in friendly, tidy house near the city centre.

Currently, myself and my boyfriend live in the house with another tenant. We are looking for someone to fill our spare room from around the 27th May-end August.

The room is furnished and includes a storage bed, bedding, bedside table, chest of draws, wardrobe, desk and full length mirror. All bills are included- internet is fibre optic.

The room has sole access to the family bathroom, as the other 2 rooms are en suite. The downstairs is a communal area so there is full access to the kitchen/dining area and lounge. We have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas and the bathroom advertised with this room. Tenants are expected to keep their bedroom clean themselves.
