Gorgeous light and airy large king size room with lots of storage in our newly renovated house in fulham.

Myself and a girlfriend have the lease on this new 2 floor house in the heart of Fulham by putney bridge tube stop (literally 2 mins walk which is uber handy for getting around!) Absolutely everything was brand new 1 year ago and your room is fully furnished with loads of storage (2 mirror fitted wardrobes and lots of drawers!), new bed, desk and tv sockets etc on the wall to put a flat screen. The room is huge, has to be seen as the pictures don't do it justice.

The house has an awesome roof terrace on the 3rd floor along side the open plan kitchen and living space.

The bedroom comes with an ensuite of your own with both a shower and a bath.

I'm leaving to move in with my boyfriend so I'm looking for someone to take over the lease which is up for renewal in November, so it would work for both people looking for a short term and long term basis as you won't be tied in for too long if you don't want to be.

You will be sharing with 2 females who work hard during the week (sometimes work from home) who like to relax, cook, enjoy wine and trash tv during the week. We are all SUPER clean and tidy and this is a major requirement of the new housemate!
