The kitchen is fully equipped and includes hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. It is a clean, tidy, well kept flat on the first and second floor in a high rise block with secure entry. There are balconies to both the front and rear of the building with the one at the rear to be used as a fire escape only.

Rooms cost £400 per month with single occupancy. Couples sharing a room will be charged £560 per month. Each bedroom has a locked door so your personal items are secure.

Parking is available in the multi-storey car park behind the building (paid 2 hourly). Also free on street parking nearby (single yellow line) from 6.00 pm until 8.00 am.

Excellent bus services close to the building, e. g. ARI (No 8) - 20 minutes, Airport (No 727) - 40 minutes.
