Large double bedroom with private ensuite in stylish Islington townhouse just five minutes walk from Highbury & Islington and one minute from Upper Street. This is a chance to live in a proper north London townhouse with three really great people.

THE ROOM

This large ensuite room is neutrally decorated. There is generous storage space, with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with rain-shower. The room comes non furnished, but a bed is available if you need!

THE HOUSE - The four story period townhouse has loads of quirky touches and benefits from the following:

Living Room: bright and airy room with original wooden flooring overlooking the rear garden. Sofas, coffee table and desk area, with all mod cons such as TV, Virgin cable, DVD player.

Kitchen: Large modern dine in kitchen. Stainless steel central kitchen unit with plenty of storage and French doors out to the garden. A separate utility cupboard contains washing machine and tumble dryer.

As well as the decked garden area, the house also has a lovely roof terrace which gets the sunshine all day long.

THE LOCATION
Located just a 5min walk from Highbury and Islington (overground and Victoria line tube) station and 100m from the many bars and restaurants of Upper Street, the house could not be in a better location. A number of bus routes run up and down Upper St and Angel tube station (Northern Line) is just a 15 minute walk away.

HOUSEMATES
The house is relaxed and sociable. We work hard during the week and at the weekends enjoy going out, music, comedy etc. Or staying in with a movie. We have been known to go to the odd gig or to the pub as a household and we’re looking for someone who wants a home, not just a room to lodge in. We're down to earth and like to have a friendly but not 'in each others' pockets' house so are looking for someone that fits that mould.

Rent: £1060 per calendar month payable via standing order direct to the landlord. Bills are not included and are paid as they arrive. Deposit: 6 weeks rent
