Single room for Female in family flat

The room

Hi! we are looking for a female to come and join our household. We are offering a clean and furnished single room in our family home. We are a friendly and kind family consisting of myself, my partner and my three teenage daughters. We like to keep the flat tidy and clean up after ourselves...( most of the time!) We love to laugh, study, cook, listen to music and make the best of life!
Flat has Gas central heating, Washing machine, Cooker, balcony and main intercom door. You will Share bathroom, toilet and kitchen. We live on a council estate, in a block of flats on the second floor with friendly neighbours. We also have a secure storage space for Bikes on the estate (£38 for the year)
All bills included. We live ONE MINUTE WALK TO BUSES, FIFTEEN MINUTES WALK TO BRIXTON UNDERGROUND, TULSE HILL TRAIN STATION AND HERNE HILL TRAIN STATION. Supermarkets and shops 5 minutes walk, lots of local amenities including Brixton market, Brixton Village, Brixton Academy, Pop etc. We are very local to the HOOTERNANNY PUB.
