Large room - En-suite/ 300mb Broadband/ Cleaner

We have a lovely spacious en-suite bedroom spare in our large family home. Located just of the cycle path that travels into Bristol centre and down to Weston Super Mare. We are also 2min walk from nearest bus stop. Long Ashton is a lovely place to live, being a quiet and calm place with country side all around. Having the added bonus of being 15mins by car to the city centre and having a park and ride 1 mile away.

Us:
My wife, 7 year old son and I will be sharing the house with you. I am 34 and work in private medical, I love tech, films and spending time with my friends and family. My wife is 32 and works as a full time Nanny, she is an awesome cook and very house proud. We keep a tidy and clean home and our looking for someone that is wanting a chilled home to live in. My son is full time at school and is a very bright and caring little man. He is a lego fanatic and has his own space to keep his toys and mess away from the rest of the house. We have a few pets, but they are not allowed in the bedrooms.

The room:
There is a desk, large wardrobe with ample draws and hanging space. The bed has a gas lift for further storage and has a new memory foam mattress.
The is a private en-suite with shower.

- Use of the secure garage for bikes etc
- Off street parking
- Cleaner once a week - changes beds and cleans
- All bedding and covers if required
- TV and DVD available if required

We would prefer a Monday to Friday let and price would be £450.
Will have a contract with all Tennant's to offer protection for you and us. Can do monthly or 2 Weekly. Minimum term preferred is 2 months to start, but happy to discuss.
