Hi there! Come and share my beautiful luxury flat in the heart of Hackney. It's next to up-and-coming Well St with shops, restaurants, and regular market; plus London Fields lido, Hackney Empire and Hackney Picturehouse right on the doorstep.

Good size double room available now in modern newly built apartment. Near Hackney Central overground station. Easy walking distance to Homerton and London Fields stations, and lots of bus routes including the 26, 277, 30, 55, 38.

The rent includes all bills, weekly cleaning, wifi, netflix, and building maintenance. 1 month's rent deposit required.

The room is furnished with a double bed and has lots of storage space with an extra-large wardrobe, desk (an upgraded version from the one in the photo!), bookcase and under-bed drawers. It has black-out blinds for peaceful sleep and is situated in a quiet location set back from a dead-end road. There is a TV point for a wall-mounted TV. Bedding and towels can be provided. There is also a car parking space available in the basement for a small additional cost, if needed.

I'm a professional woman in my thirties. I work for the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy part time and for a charity part time. I currently work from home (although could arrange to work elsewhere for a few days a week if we need more space).

I'm looking for a friendly, professional, tidy flatmate who enjoys a balance between socialising and quiet nights in! I go out at least one evening a week and I'm away from London at least a third of weekends. With previous flatmates we've enjoyed having people over for dinner and games together and occasional guests to stay, as well as watching films together and enjoying quiet nights in. I'm a live-in landlord, which means any problems with the flat get fixed quickly and efficiently.

I'm really looking for someone to share my home for the medium to long term, but if you are looking for a short (3 months or less) let, it may be possible to negotiate. We will need to make sure we get on well, in case we are facing a winter lockdown together!
