Lovely room for two-month let in Leith from Sep

This room is only available for a short-term let of upto 6 weeks.

Double in a spacious two bed and box room flat in the Leith area of Edinburgh. it would suit a cat-friendly professional or student perhaps visiting the city for a short-term project.

The bedroom is not huge so you wouldn't have space to work in it.. However, it's a nice, cosy room with a small double bed. The whole flat is spacious with a big dining kitchen and a large living room, both of which you are welcome to use as much as you like. If you need to work or study, you are welcome to do so in the kitchen. There is also a good sized bathroom, which you'll share with me. The flat has broadband, a washing machine, double glazing throughout and is warm, cosy and welcoming.

I live here alone and am a friendly person looking for someone to feel at home here with me and Pacino the cat. I like to listen to music, radio 4 or 6 in the kitchen while I'm cooking and eating. Generally, I'm quiet, tidy and relaxed about my living space.

I work Monday to Friday 9-5 and am also out several nights a week. I'm looking for someone who also works or studies out of the flat and who is clean and respectful.

Pitt Street is a residential street very close to the water of Leith, Victoria Park, the Shore and Ocean Terminal. It's a great place to live, is home to the weekly Pitt food festival, and is on the 11, 7, 14 and 21 bus routes, which between them get you to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Edinburgh.
