5 mins walk to shops and other amenities. 15 minutes walk to post office, banks and Westbury-on-Trym

The room is a double, complete with digital TV. The room also has a desk, arm chair, bedside table, lamp, book case and large built in wardrobe.

Shared areas include:
Living Room and Kitchen Area with dining area; very open plan, modern and tidy. Bathroom with bath & shower. The house is double glazed throughout & has central heating.

Rent includes normal bills, council tax & wifi. There's is an off street parking space if required and space to lock a bicycle.

Just myself in other room. I may bring friends or have family to visit. You are also welcome to do that.

You need to be clean & tidy, trustworthy, kind & respectful.

Will consider Sunday evening to Friday. Rent (including bills and council tax) for this would be £400.

Potential for 7 day let for right person. Rent (including bills and council tax) for 7 day would be £475.

I'm a sociable person with an interest in cooking. Also like good TV. Also enjoy down time on my own. No pressure on you to socialise though.
