My current flatmate is moving away so I'm hoping to find a friendly new person to continue the lease with me in this great flat in the Pollokshields/Strathbungo area (Barrland Court).

It's on the top floor of a modern development (don't worry there's a lift) with large windows letting in loads of light and providing great views of the city. There is private secure parking under the building. The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed.

Really handy for the city centre as Pollokshields East train station is around the corner and will get you into central station in 5 mins. Alternatively there are loads of bus routes. Plenty of amenities around and close to lots of bars and restaurants with the Tramway Theatre just at the end of the street.

Your half of the rent would be £360 but including bills and council tax your monthly costs will be about £525. I'm happy to discuss this in more detail.

I am a civil servant who works Monday to Friday pretty much 9 to 5 most days. I love watching films, socialising with friends, going to see live music and going on hikes when I can. It would be great to live with someone who would like to hang out a bit but I'm equally happy to live with someone who prefers to do their own thing. I am very respectful of personal space and a tidy person and like to look after the place as much as possible so hope I can find someone similar.
