Large bright double rooms

Hi, we are looking to rent out two of our furnished double bedrooms. We both work full time and we also have a little miniature schnauzer, Ted. He is 2 years old and very friendly. He isn't allowed upstairs and he doesn't malt so house is still very tidy.

We have both spent a lot of time travelling so are used to hostels and house shares.

This would be ideal for someone who works at the hospital as it's walking distance and parking is available outside the house or sometimes on the driveway.

Happy for short term lets and people who just want to stay for shifts each week.

We are in the process of doing our house up, we brought a project! We have decorated the bedrooms but the bathroom needs some TLC, but it's still kept very clean and tidy and is next on our to do list! If you are looking to move in after August we are hoping you will have a brand new bathroom by then!

We have a cleaner that comes in once a week and covers all communal areas.

I play netball and Mike plays football and we both run, cycle and like to keep fit walking Ted.

We have space to keep push bikes and motorbikes in the shed in the back garden.

We would be looking for someone that is sociable but also likes their own time and would fit into our house share. We are generally quite busy so wouldn't have much time to socialise but happy to chat when we are around or have dinner etc.

We do not mind shift workers as our current housemate works shifts so we are used to that and it works out quite well with timings for the bathroom etc.

The room is available in August 2018 and will be available for a short term let until end of December 2018.
