The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with power showers & 1 with a bath) set over 3 floors. There is a large living room, entrance hall and an open plan kitchen & dining room (with a 10 seater table). Separate to that is a laundry room, an office and a clothing air-drying room. There is a large walk in wardrobe that has plenty of hanging rails, shoe & bag storage, make-up desk and drawers etc (which we would be happy to share with our housemate if they needed more space). You would also have a drawer unit and/or wardrobe in your room and four XL drawers under your bed. We also have loft space for luggage and a back garden with l-shaped seating, table and lawn. We are happy to share all areas of the home with our housemate. We also own a very large allotment just a minute from our house, where we are working on growing our own fruit, veg and herbs. Our housemate will be more than welcome to use it and plant their own produce if they would like to. I own the house and it's in a town called Astley. There is electric gated secure parking for your car if you need it. The house was build 3 years ago and I keep it modern, neutral and minimally decorated.

Just a two minute drive up the road is the guided bus route that goes into Manchester (approx. 25 minutes to Central Manchester) and the surrounding areas. It's also a short drive from the M60, M62, M602 and the East Lancashire road and the local train station.

You will be living with myself and my partner of 11 years. We are both working professionals. I own a retail company & my partner works for a well known football club. We have two lazy cats and funny loving dog. Our animals are an important part of our life and we would like a fellow animal lover as a house mate.

We are relaxed, easy going, happy people and are looking for a housemate that we could relax and become friends with, who respects our home as their own, like we do.
