Other areas that are shared with the owners are a: a modern kitchen with clean modern appliances and a comfortable dining area.

The household is warm (20⁰C+), clean, peaceful.

The property benefits from easy access to Brighton and Eastbourne via the 12 bus route, the stops for which, are just a 5 minute walk away. The journey into Brighton is usually 20-30 mins depending on the time of day.
