Hello, I have a double room available in my friendly three bedroom semi detached home in Kirby Muxloe village, not far from A47 Hinckley road, or A46. (Postcode LE9 2DJ).

The bedroom has large storage plus double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bed, and floor space, (also house has lots of loft storage if required and shed in garden too).

Upstairs there is a main bathroom with toilet bath and shower, and also a downstairs toilet / sink. There is a large kitchen/dinner with flat screen TV, and a large flat screen TV in lounge too.

One minute walk to bus stop where bus goes straight to city centre.
5 minutes drive to NEXT at Enderby / Fosse park etc.
Nice local shops nearby with a Deli, post office, chemist, shops etc.

Large tidy garden with barbeque. New washing machine, dish washer, fast fibre wireless broadband, quiet location, very clean tidy house, new carpets, new kitchen, new bathroom etc, require non smoking professional.

There is just myself in the house, I am a full time working professional, and I don't plan to rent any other rooms out in the property. I have been renting a room out in my property for over seven years now and stayed in touch with all who have stayed here.
