Very comfortable double room in a clean, relaxed and peaceful, modern house. Vintage style room with American shutters at the windows. The bathroom is right next door to the bedroom, with a separate newly fitted shower and bath.
All of the usual amenities available in the kitchen; washing machine, utility room, dish washer, oven, WiFi etc...
We have a lovely garden with a spacious deck and lawn to enjoy in the summer.
We have a cat called Oscar who sleeps in the kitchen at night and keeps himself to himself during the day!
There are Excellent links to the M1 and M25 just a couple of minutes drive from the house, we are 10 minutes from St Albans City station and a 3 minute drive to the Abbey Flyer which has links to Watford Junction and Euston.
It is just myself and my 30 year old lodger at the house - we are very laid back and relaxed. We are looking for a new housemate to join us who is respectful of our home and would love you to treat it as your own too.
