Short term small room in lovely flat near park!

Hi! My name is Suki - I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Southampton. I live near the bottom of the Southampton Common (the park), which is walking distance from the Universities, hospitals, train station, and the centre of town. My flat is absolutely gorgeous (I just LOVE it, it is my first owned home and I have taken great pride in it!), it is spatious, with a big living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The spare bedroom has a single bed in it which extends into a king size bed, and it has plenty of storage space and a desk to work at. As for me, I am a musician, and I am very sociable and a bit of a busy body (so tend to be mostly out of the house). The room is available from the beginning of January 2019 on a short term basis until about August 2019 (although this is negotiable). In general I am looking for a female flatmate who is clean, tidy, and trustworthy, and of course someone who is friendly!
