Good location with super markets within 10 mins of walking and bus stops for Citi Bus1/2/3 nearly 3-4 mins away.
The location is very convenient for Addenbrooke's Hospital (10-15 mins walk), Hills road, Train station, city centre, Science Park and ARU.
The house is modern with shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a brand new cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dish washer.
There is a high speed internet connection in the house. There is off street parking/space for car or bike.
Rent: 525.00 per month plus one-month deposit.
