This ground floor flat has an allocated parking space and a little patio garden on the back. It's a very quiet place and neighbours are very friendly. Nearest stations are Bournville (0.6 mi), Selly Oak (0.8 mi), University (1.3 mi). Ideally for you if you work or study at the University of Birmingham.
