Hi, we are looking for a new house mate to join our sociable house near the beach in Southsea. The room is a double room with a wardrobe, chest of draws and vanity sink which is hand for cleaning your teeth etc.

Everyone in the house are young professionals, recently qualified from university and enjoying living in a sociable house with like minded people.

There is no smoking in the house and unfortunately we have a no student policy except PHD.

The house is perfectly situated to benefit from Southsea common and the beach and has loads of parking on the sea front.
